1. All information rec1eived by you from your use of the Diabetes Hormone's Diabetes Monitoring Diary will be used by Diabetes Hormone in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. On registration, you must provide Diabetes Hormone with accurate, complete registration information and it is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information on the applicable Diabetes Hormone's Diabetes Monitoring Diary registration pages. This is particularly important if you subscribe to any paid services or newsletters of Diabetes Hormone.
3. Each registration is for a single user only. On registration, you will choose a user name and password (ID). Diabetes Hormone does not permit any other person sharing your user name and password or access through a single name and password being made available to multiple users on a network. 4. You are responsible for all use of the Diabetes Hormone's Diabetes Monitoring Diary made by you or anyone else using your ID and for preventing unauthorized use of your ID.
5. 6. The information displayed on Diabetes Hormone's Diabetes Monitoring Diary is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
* All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity;
* Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with Diabetes Hormone's Diabetes Monitoring Diary or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of Diabetes Hormone's Diabetes Monitoring Diary, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; wasted management or office time; and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
7. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights of the Diabetes Hormone's Diabetes Monitoring Diary Feeds and Content shall remain the property of Diabetes Hormone.
9. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Diabetes Hormone in respect of all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and litigation expenses, arising out of, or as a result of, any breach of this Agreement, or otherwise, in connection with your use of the Diabetes Hormone's Diabetes Monitoring Diary Feeds or Content.
10. Any person(s) depicted in the images used by Diabetes Hormone's Diabetes Monitoring Diary do not have the medical condition they are used to depict, they are used purely for illustrative purposes. Images are the copyright property of Diabetes Hormone or respective third party company. Images cannot under any circumstance be copied, saved, used, edited, without written consent of Diabetes Hormone.
11. You (the user) agree Diabetes Hormone cannot be held liable / accountable for any problems or loss arising from any widgets, gadgets, software, devices and any such application regardless of whether Diabetes Hormone has added input into such application.
12. Diabetes Hormone provides complimentary internet-based communication and information services to the consumer. Diabetes Hormone maintains this tool to enhance access to information about health-related issues, and about Diabetes Hormone. This service is continually under development. While we try to keep the information as current and accurate as possible, we make no warranty of any kind, implied or express, as to its accuracy, completeness or appropriateness for any purpose. We will make an effort to correct errors brought to our attention.
By using this tool, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions of use. You must agree to these terms and conditions in order to use the Diabetes Hormone' Diabetes Monitoring Diary.
Diabetes Hormone may revise and update these terms and conditions anytime. Review the terms and conditions periodically.
